    The Donna Karan Company LLC, one of the world's leading fashion design houses, seeks a full-time Stock Supervisor to join the team!

    Responsibilities

    Inventory:
    • Maintain stockroom in an efficient, clean, secure, organized and accessible fashion
    • Ensure all merchandise is accurately ticketed, re-ticketed, sensored and re-sensored
    • Effectively execute all markdowns as per policy and procedure
    • Process all inter-store transfers, incoming/outgoing shipments and RTV’s as per policy and procedures
    • Ensure all stock discrepancies are reported and resolved immediately
    • Effectively use all systems to manage inventory and shipping/receiving directives
    • Properly execute all paperwork and procedures relative to inventory control
    • Effectively participate in the preparation and completion of all inventories
    • Participate in the maintenance of stock levels on the selling floor

    Customer Service:
    • Assist sales staff in retrieving merchandise from stock areas
    • Ensure highest standards in the wrapping and packaging of client merchandise
    • Coordinate all aspects of the client delivery process (i.e. fed ex, messenger) to ensure client satisfaction
    • Participate in the maintenance of all visual and merchandising standards and directives

    Operations:
    • Collaborate with and support the Loss Prevention department in all areas of risk management physical security, store controls, inventory management, inter-store communication and LP audits and procedures
    • Support the visual, merchandising and operations of the store in regards to the movement of fixtures, furniture, merchandise, props, etc.
    • Maintain and request all supplies necessary for department

    Qualifications

    • 2 - 4 years previous retail stock experience
